Noviad was founded to show that even while facing health challenges, it is possible to create, build, and operate a successful business. Daivon inspired Noviad. By God’s grace and mercy, Daivon is still alive, and his life continues to represent strength, purpose, and perseverance.

Our Programs
The Young Adult Renal Resource Program serves young adults ages 18–38 living with kidney disease by bridging the gap between pediatric and adult care. Through education, peer support, mentorship, and advocacy, YARRP ensures no one faces their journey alone.
